A huge shout out to the best realtor in Nth Texas. I warned Keisha when we started this process it would be challenging and she still decided to take on the task.

It was as challenging as described however we managed to get to the end because Keisha went above and beyond. She was always available, always looking for solutions to issues that arose and made sure I accomplished my objectives.

There is no way we would have made it to the end without Keisha and I couldn’t ask for, nor recommend in higher terms, a better realtor.

As a result of unforeseen circumstances I agreed to have my house up for Sale. Additionally, due to my emotional attachment to the house and due to the unknown associated with this new transition phase, I was very fearful of the process.

I would definitely use Keisha again. We bought a spec home and what was supposed to be an easy negotiating situation turned into a nightmare with the builder. Keisha assisted us in negotiating a rock solid offer and of course the builder signed off on it. Closing was approaching fast and of course the builder was not fulfilling their end of the agreement.Keisha was all over them. I did not have to worry about things falling through the cracks as she was AWESOME in communicating to both me and my husband what was going on every minute of the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Keisha!!
