McKinney Skate park
YEAH!!!!! My boys can not wait for the new Skate park to open in McKinney. It will be located at the Gabe Nesbitt Park off of Eldorado. Check out this article sharing a sneak peek of the park. Guess I better be sure the kiddos helmets and pads are up to snuff… 🙂
Prosper is Booming!
You know that little town North of McKinney that used to be too small and too far…. Well look at it now!
Prosper is an up and coming town that has a great plan to support and sustain their growth. I came across this article that was actually published earlier this year and thought I would share. Prosper is one of those areas that is starting to take off! You can still buy land and build but there are also plenty of beautiful subdivisions to purchase in. It is that great mix of small town with convenient city amenities, Amazing schools with top notch tools, programs, and teachers yet everyone knows your kids names (and not because they are trouble makers).
If Prosper sounds like the place for you… Now is the time to make your move! Prices are climbing…. Just take a look at this article and see what investors are buying up land. They know this town is moving in the right direction!
